Some bugs have been detected in update data Ver. 1.5.0, which is currently available.
Please read the following for a description of those bugs and the necessary countermeasures.
Bugs Occurring in Both Online Mode and Solo-Play Mode
Game crashes after a Lookit at a specific stage and location
The game may crash if you climb the stairs near the entrance to the Showroom Stream in Cocoon ACT immediately after a Lookit is made for a Character or Player Muse.
Sometime in June, we plan to distribute update data aimed at fixing this bug.
When more details are confirmed, we will present that information via in-game notifications and official social media accounts.
Until new update data is distributed, you can play the game without experiencing any crashes by following the solution explained below.
***
After a Lookit is made for a Muse in the relevant location, "Saving..." will appear at the top-right part of the screen. Do not move your avatar until that message disappears (after data has saved).

Bugs Only Occurring in Online Mode
Issue with Lookit Mail delivery
After installing update data Ver. 1.5.0, Lookit Mail from some users may not have been delivered.
As we have been gradually resolving this issue starting from 5/20 13:10 (JST), any undelivered mail due to this bug should have begun to arrive. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note that you can save a maximum of 100 Lookit Mails. You cannot receive any new messages if you already have that amount, so be sure to delete any Lookit Mails you no longer need.
Deletion of Followed Muses
Some followed Muses may be deleted after installing update data Ver. 1.5.0.
This is not actually a bug, but we would like to explain why this happens because followed Muses may be deleted due to circumstances a player did not intend.
■ Conditions causing followed Muses to be deleted
If prior to updating to Ver. 1.5.0:
- You did not send a Like or stamp to that player, or visited their showroom, at least once after following them
- You sent a Like or stamp to, or visited the showroom of, 1,000 or more other players since the last time you sent a Like or stamp to that player, or visited their showroom, after following them
■ Reason for this change in specification
This change was made to address a bug that mistakenly allowed the number of followed Muses to exceed the limit.
However, after updating to Ver. 1.5.0, the above conditions will no longer cause followed Muses to be deleted.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change in specifications.
